Counting down the days to celebrate with you all!
About Our Day
After nearly 7 years together, Â we've decided to make it official!
Neither of us is particularly fond of the limelight, so we're planning a ceremony on the 1st February (our anniversary), for just the two of us at Kendal Town Hall as part of a holiday in the Lakes. Hoping not to break any more of Tom's bones while we're there!
We couldn't let such an important moment pass, though, without raising a glass or two with our friends and family, and we would love you to join us for a party on the following Saturday evening (6th February) to celebrate the occasion.Â
FAQs
Is parking available at the venue?
Lamb & Flag does not have its own car park, although there is a small parking area a 3 minute walk away which costs around £3.70 all evening after 6pm (Maude Street Car Park). Google Reviews do suggest that some people have had their cars broken into here, however! The nearest multi-storey is NCP The Markets, around a 5 minute walk away, open until 11pm.Â
Are children invited?
As this event is being held in a pub on a Saturday night, unfortunately we can't accommodate younger children or toddlers/babies, but the older children and teenagers in our family are very welcome to join us. Get in touch directly if you'd like to query if it's ok to bring along a child, and please let us know on your RSVP exactly how many will be coming along with your party if you're responding as the lead guest.
Can I bring a plus one?
We kindly ask that only guests referred to on the invitation attend. If you’re unsure or you're really not keen on attending alone we might be able to accommodate you, so do get in touch with any requests and we'll see what we can do.
Will Charlie & Neelix be there?
Unfortunately they are not at all happy about this event, and will not be in attendance.Â
